Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview

binshadme offers subscription-based access to our premium educational content and features. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: Provides access to all premium content for one month from the date of purchase.
• Annual Plan: Provides access to all premium content for one year from the date of purchase at a discounted rate compared to the monthly plan.
• Premium Plan: Includes all features of the Annual Plan plus additional exclusive content and priority support.

The current pricing for each plan is displayed on our subscription page. We reserve the right to change our subscription offerings and pricing at any time.

3. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as specified at the time of subscription. During the free trial:

• You will have access to all features included in the selected subscription plan.
• You will not be charged until the free trial period ends.
• You may cancel at any time during the free trial period without charge.
• If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to our services:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method provided at the time of purchase for the subscription fee at the then-current rate.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• For monthly subscriptions, your account will be charged on the same day each month.
• For annual subscriptions, your account will be charged on the same day each year.
• If your payment cannot be processed, we may suspend your access to subscription features until payment is successfully processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• To cancel, log in to your account, go to "Subscription Settings," and select "Cancel Subscription."
• For subscriptions purchased through our website, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, you must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
• For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, you must cancel through your Google Play account settings.
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your current subscription period unless required by law.

6. Price Changes

We may change the price of our subscription plans from time to time. If we change the price of your subscription plan:

• We will notify you by email at least 30 days before the price change takes effect.
• The new price will apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period.
• If you do not wish to accept the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.

7. App Store Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

• The purchase will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
