Refund Policy

1. Digital Course Purchases
binshadme offers the following refund policy for our digital educational content:
- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the course content, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 14-day period.
- Course Content Mismatch: If the course content significantly differs from the description provided at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period.
- Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.
- Free Trial Periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged.
- Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the "Purchase History" section.
- Select the course or subscription for which you wish to request a refund.
- Click on the "Request Refund" button and follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@binshad.me with your purchase details.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. App Store and Google Play Purchases
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be requested directly through Apple according to their refund policy.
- Refunds for purchases made through the Google Play Store must be requested directly through Google according to their refund policy.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
6. Exceptions
binshadme reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or that we determine to be abusive or fraudulent. We may also make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
