Elements shouldn't arrive on the page or in any other design space by accident. Layout and composition are one of the fundamental skills you'll need to master in order to become a proficient designer.
Placing elements
There are six principles of design, the first of which is balance. Elements on the page or in the design space should be balanced evenly within that space, but this doesn't always mean symmetry
